Thank you for choosing Monogramic.com for your brand identity. Because our products are digital files delivered via instant download, we have a specific policy regarding returns and refunds.
1. Digital Nature of Products
All products on Monogramic.com are digital downloads (SVG/Vector formats). Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be physically returned once they have been accessed or downloaded.
2. No-Refund Policy
Due to the immediate access and nature of digital content, all sales are final. Once the checkout process is complete and the download link has been provided or sent to your email, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or cancellation.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
We want you to be 100% happy with your new monogram. We will consider a refund or exchange only in the following cases:
Technical Issues: If the digital file is corrupted and we are unable to provide a functional replacement within 3 business days.
Double Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the exact same logo twice in two separate transactions, we will refund the second purchase.
Major Discrepancy: If the file delivered is fundamentally different from the one displayed in the preview (e.g., wrong initials or completely different design).
4. What is Not Covered
We cannot grant refunds for the following reasons:
You changed your mind after downloading the file.
You do not have the proper software to open SVG/Vector files (we recommend Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape, or similar vector software).
You accidentally purchased the wrong logo but have already accessed the download link.
You feel the logo doesn't "fit" your brand after purchase (please use our preview images carefully before buying).
